Shadow Shot Sunday -Bray Park

Just Sayin, Bob is NOT wearing a dress in the above shadow shot of him on our walkabout in Bray Park last week. We have to get our walks in before 9, usually between 7:30 to 8:30 as we are still humid and hot and sunny here.    What your weather today while looking at these photos?

Bob on the bridge staring down the ditch. We saw two otters swimming along but they were in the dark shadows and I could not get a pic to share.  Exciting to see for sure.

Fun shadow shots. I'm guessing that you were not near the Hurricane that we heard about on the news that was the worst storm ever to hit Florida.

Lovely shadow shots and sounds like a nice walk. It is 49 deg. F. where I am, going up to 61. Yesterday was the first time I wore a sweater and we had to put an extra blanket on the bed. It is also raining today after a very pretty day yesterday.

I love shadowy shots! And otters are way cool! As I read this, it is 14°F and snowing like crazy. 8-14" will be the total by tonight. I cannot imagine hot and humid right now.

The weather is just beautiful this morning. A bit crisp for us 50F. but suppose to be 80F. by afternoon. Weatherman says we are suppose to have gusty winds by the afternoon with 40 mile hr. blasts. Red Flag warnings in our area because the air is so dry. No more fires PLEASE!
Scary times we live in.
Love the long shadows of Fall and your chance to walk before it gets too hot.
Just saying...but now guests are gone and goodie, goodie...I have to loose the same 2 pounds all over again. UGH...this is no fun at all...

To answer your question about our weather here, Sandra - it's in the mid-50s today, Sunday Oct 14 and there are frost warnings for this week. Hope you get a break from the humidity. Loved the shadow shots!

I'd LOVE to see otters in 'real life'! Are they mean?
That's funny your telling us Bob's shadow isn't a dress. That last shadow, I think it looks like he's wearing a Civil War cap.

We're back in the 80's the next few days, but thank goodness most of the humidity's gone. Pretty soon y'all will be the envy of every Midwestern dealing with ice and snow.

Over here it is brrrrrrrrrrrr cold. Back into winter cold coming. Heavy coats and hats, mitts. Like Halloween is usually snow for the kids.
Your shadows are lovely.

Shadow shots can look very interesting and different from the real thing. You likely wouldn’t want to walk outside at my place today. It’s cold, windy and snowing.
