I guessed Walmart and key chain but didn't know where in the store you found it. I also thought that the tires were a planter. I was thinking the same as Ginny, The Make a Wish foundation

I'm such a LOSER! Thought perhaps that cute owl was hanging in the hospital's gift shop. That's pretty neat about WM's faux wishing well. I'm headed that way a little later and want to see if ours is doing the same thing.
