Fake Nature Friday

can you find the pen, spiral notebook and tote that should have been moved before taking the photo?
Fake red berries, Fake Trees, for Fake Nature Friday...

Fake Tree and Me, but Not a Fake Charlie Brown Tree

I use my zoom on my camera when I want to see something to far away for the naked eye. I hid on my porch and zoomed in to see those GIANT lightbulbs on the ground. I may have looked at a license plate to see where a strange car was from also....Just so you know, it was Texas. 😎😁

Digital Spying?

Real grass, reall trees, real shadows for Nature Friday

I do the same thing. I use my camera as binoculars to spy on things too far away, or to read signs far ahead. Where are the berries and leaves? They look real. They appear to be on your kitchen table. I remember when you got the Charlie Brown Tree, it is so cute.

Ya, strange car...and strange people from Texas!! lol. A camera lens for binoculars....hmmm, never woulda thought. Loved the composition of the top photo. It'd make a beautiful Christmas card!

I like the red berries and I can see the spiral notebook in the first picture. I tend to have to take several pictures of things sometimes because I forget to clean things up around it.
I have zoomed in on things in neighbors yards to see what they are too.

Yep, I have zoomed in with camera to see what things are. It is not quite as noticeable as binoculars trained on tour neighbors house. Lol

Hello,

The red berries are pretty. I love the sunshine and shadow photo.
I use my zoom to check out things too. Have a great day!

Macro photos are among my favorite but you may have noticed that.
Checking out the license plate is not digital spying; it's street photography. haha

Not until you mentioned it, no. I was too focused on the pretty red berries to catch your tote. Using the lens as binoculars is a great idea! I remember when folks could pretty much tell the state by its tag's color or background. Now, there's so many selections, it's anyone's guess. Good job surveilling!

PS - Cute selfie!

I don't always notice the details...unless I am looking at my own pics! lol Have fun today! It's cloudy so I have lots of lights on....some pretty lights too! Holiday hugs!

Love your selfie and the berries too.
Got a surprise Christmas gift from our son yesterday.
Special teas and coffees, plus some Hickory Farms goodies..so thoughtful and yummy besides.
Its a drippy, gray blah day today but the camilla bush is blooming like crazy. Such a bright spot to chase the gloom.
I'll probably post a photo of it on FB...if I can get out there between the drops.

I didn't see the notebook until you mentioned it. See those lights in the bottom picture - one of my neighbors have them and I want them. Those berries fake or artificial look pretty.

Lovely and colourful post. Sometimes fake is ok.I have a fake tree so I can have it up much longer.

Great to be visiting again and seeing what you have been up to. Love those red berries even if they aren't the real kind. They still look as pretty. Fun to see your neighbor's decorations. I did the same to mine a while ago when their dog was sitting in the doorway with a side profile. I zoomed in to get the photo. Still one of my favorites :)

Fake nature works best in the house. Your Charlie Brown tree looks so cute and so do you!
