Saint Nicholas came the day after Thanksgiving

My Saint Nicholas is one of my favorite Christmas treasures. He is 25 years old, and was a gift from my sons wife. These are not the first or the last photos I have taken of him over the years.

To me the sun enhances his beauty.  He is 2 feet tall and made from paper Mache. He is in his place of honor on the kitchen counter.

I sat him next to sleeping Big Boy. for more of Big Boy go to his blog Fourpawsetc HERE

I like seeing him by B.B., because now I can see the scale. He is beautiful and luxe. I especially like his face, because it looks real, with nice eyes. So many of these figures do not have believable eyes. He is also rich looking without being sparkly or sparkly or tacky.

I have also seen it on the BB site …
That is certainly a beautiful Santa with a beautiful history!
Have a nice week Sandra!

St. Nick is a beautiful keepsake. His face looks REAL...just beautiful.
Glad you put it on the floor to give us a sense of it's size. Tell BB
St. Nick is handsome but he has a long way to go to be more handsome than BB

Now THIS beats all … at least compared to all the sparkly junk which seems to be in vogue lately. Those eyes, so realistic! Especially, I like the olden toy block he's holding.
How do you keep that beard and coat so clean the rest of the year?

He's gorgeous...What a treasure....
I hadn't realized how large he is.
Love him in the sunlight.
My trees' half up right now..well the tree is up and the lights are half on..guess what my project is for today??
No rain and the sky is clear now...it's given me more energy, though the bill paying is haunting me...ugh, I don't like it at all!!!
