It All Started with A New Tree 6

Rushing to the closet, I dragged out the 20-year-old poinsettia candle ring and dropped it on the table and sat not a candle but my old oil lamp in it.
Done, now there is something in every corner of the room.
Do you see Alva on the shelf?
She is Thriving there, the perfect spot.

Beautiful candle ring. Over the course of this started with a new tree, I'm seeing where your son gets his special skills from. He has inherited an eye and as aesthetic taste.

What a great idea. It is really beautiful! And timeless as well. Plus you can leave this out all winter.

So soft and subtle! For some reason, this ensemble reminds me of something I'd find in an old Victorian home. Love in the last photo how it picks up the same colors from your chair cushion.

And there you go...perfection in every corner.
I like the delicate shade of red in your poinsettia. It looks great on the glass table. Love the oil lamp too.

I love your oil lamp and candle ring. I did that one year - it's a red glass oil lamp and I have left that out, lo, these many years. It comes in handy when there is a power outtage as I know exactly where it is!!

Hi Sandra, It all started with a new tree, and look what your creative mind has achieved. Your Poinsettia leaves around the candle look so beautiful., and now your house looks really festive.
